Traditionally prepared mother tincture:
1 gram of herb on 4 ml of vodka (1: 4) = 25 grams of herb on 100 ml of vodka
Plant part: Dried root
(We use high-quality grain vodka with an alcohol content of 40% for the production of our tinctures.)

Content:
Lupulin, alcohol (38,0 vol%) and spring water

Recommended dosage:
Maximum phytoestrogen effect: 4 x daily 25 drops (3 x 1 x for the meal and before bedtime).
With prolonged use or as a maintenance dose: 2 x daily 25 drops (1 x 1 x morning before meals and at bedtime).
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Dietary supplement with plants:
Do not use as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy.
Do not use in hormone-dependent diseases (unless under the supervision of a doctor).
There are hormoonbevattende possible interactions with medications such as contraceptives and hormone replacement. Than best use under a doctor's supervision.

Storing:
Below 25 degrees Celcius and out of reach of children.
