Psyllium (Plantago afra L.)
• 295 capsules.
• Content per capsule about 590 milligrams.
• 100% herbal powder, without the addition of additives.
• Capsules vegetarian (size 0).
• Size of capsules size 0 (length 21mm - diameter 7mm).
• Filled with fine powder for good absorption.
Dosage (adult person):
3x daily 1 to a maximum of 2 capsules at a time, spread over the day.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Note:
Psyllium husk has a very large swelling capacity and can absorb up to 100x their own weight in water. It is therefore important to always take in the fibers with sufficient moisture and not to use them too much at once.
