Psyllium husk Extra quality - Plantago afra L.

Flea seed fibers (Psyllium husk) are the filtered seed coats extracted from the seed of the plantago afra plant. The seed coats in particular have a very high swelling capacity and can absorb up to 100x their own weight in water. It is therefore important to always take the fibers with sufficient fluid and not to use too much at once.
