Psyllium husk capsules Psyllium (Plantago afra L.) • 295 capsules. • Content per capsule about 590 milligrams. • 100% herbal powder, without the addition of additives. • Capsules vegetarian (size 0). • Size of capsules size 0 (length 21mm - diameter 7mm). • Filled with fine powder for good absorption. Dosage (adult person): 3x daily 1 to a maximum of 2 capsules at a time, spread over the day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Note: Psyllium husk has a very large swelling capacity and can absorb up to 100x their own weight in water.
